Academic Life

Scholars who Received Subsidy

During the early years of its existence, the Institute used to subsidize scholarly work by providing financial assistance to scholars to meet the expense of preparing monographs for the publication by the Institute. About forty scholars were given financial assistance under this programme. Not all these scholars produced monographs, or gave them to the Institute, but quite a few did and their work was published. Their projects are listed against their names.
